Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via phone, email, and chat.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales and shipping, to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Perform follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback on service quality.
- Assist in training new customer service representatives to ensure high standards of service are maintained.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar role in a retail environment.

- Ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
