Revenue Enablement @ OMG

We are looking for a detail-oriented and systems-minded Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our growing Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will support the operational backbone of our Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams, managing process documentation, ensuring data accuracy, and providing enablement support to deliver best-in-class materials to the Go-To-Market teams. You will ensure the GTM teams are set up for success through clean systems, accessible reporting, and training that enables data-informed decision-making throughout the customer lifecycle.

This position requires regular in-office presence at our Dallas, TX headquarters.

Day in the Life

  • Process Optimization & Documentation:
    • Own the creation, centralization, and maintenance of core GTM process documentation, and work cross-functionally and within the Revenue Operations team to identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements. 
  • Revenue Enablement & Training:
    • Partner with GTM leadership and Revenue Operations Solutions Engineers to build training resources and guides, onboarding materials, reference guides, and process documentation to ensure GTM teams are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and processes that empower team execution and reduce ramp time.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Partner with Revenue Operations Analysts to analyze sales and revenue performance data to identify trends and surface insights and patterns. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making, forecasting, and reporting.
  • CRM & Tech Stack Management:
    • Partner with the Revenue Operations Team Salesforce Administrator to perform basic Salesforce administration tasks, e.g., password resets, account merges, lead conversion.  Monitor data hygiene and support tooling needs across the GTM tech stack. 
  • KPI Tracking & Insights:
    • Partner with Revenue Operations Analysts to track key performance metrics across the GTM motion and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Must Haves

  • 2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Revenue Enablement, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills; experience with SQL is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology environment preferred.
