As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Antonio!

In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice that helps our customers with their inquiries and needs. You’ll have the chance to build relationships, solve problems, and share exciting product offerings, all while working in a fun and supportive atmosphere!

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone to address inquiries and provide product information.
  • Understand and assess customer needs to make personalized recommendations.
  • Process orders with accuracy and efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle any questions or concerns with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Document interactions and maintain records in our systems.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM systems.
  • A genuine passion for helping people and providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus!
  • Full time. 40 hours per week schedule with overtime opportunities!
