What You’ll Do at OnePlan

Revenue Insights & Business Strategy 
  • Analyze sales performance, marketing impact, and customer success metrics to uncover trends and inform decision-making. 
  • Develop forecasting models that provide a clear view of revenue projections and business health. 
  • Assess customer acquisition, retention, and expansion trends to identify areas for growth and improvement. 
  • Deliver reports and strategic recommendations to the CEO and leadership team to guide business priorities. 

Process Improvement & Operational Alignment 
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure operational efficiency and seamless handoffs between teams. 
  • Identify bottlenecks in revenue processes and propose solutions to improve deal velocity, conversion rates, and retention. 
  • Evaluate and refine lead management and sales funnel strategies to maximize efficiency and outcomes. 

Data Management & System Optimization 
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of revenue-related data within Salesforce and other GTM tools. 
  • Oversee the Salesforce Administrator, ensuring that CRM functionality supports business needs. 
  • Partner with finance on revenue reporting, quota setting, and performance analysis. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights that support data-driven decision-making. 
  • Work with marketing to assess campaign performance and attribution, ensuring alignment with revenue goals. 
  • Support sales enablement efforts by providing insights on win/loss trends and competitive positioning. 


Our Ideal Fit

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, or a related role. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with other GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Tableau, Looker). 
  • Understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle metrics, and revenue forecasting. 
  • Ability to work across teams, influence decision-making, and drive process improvements. 
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven business is a plus.
