OHM provides all its entry-level staff with training to ensure you’ll learn the skills you need to succeed.   We’re looking for a full-time entry level Accounts Assistant.   Work includes Invoicing, Inventory posting, Credit card accounts reconciliation, posting vendor invoices & cutting checks, managing data files and any other additional work.

Requirements

  

Diploma/Associate in Accounting or Business Administration and hands on experience in Sage 50/ERP software with MS Office. 

Work Experience:

The ideal candidate is someone who has 1-3 years of experience.
