Description
OCH Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee all contractor support activities. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and managing the integration and control of all tasks to ensure successful performance across the contract.

Fort Belvoir, VA (Telework Available)
Core Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations and administrative functions related to the program.
- Oversee all contract task areas, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and performance requirements.
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring activities across program areas including acquisition, procurement, finance, and administration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program management decisions and all client communications.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify key assumptions, and resolve team and stakeholder conflicts.
- Direct the successful completion of program objectives through effective leadership and coordination.
- Utilize Microsoft Project for schedule management and tracking across the entire program.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Responsibilities may evolve over time to support team and organizational goals, but will remain consistent with the overall scope of the role.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Experience
At least fifteen (15) years’ of relevant federal program management experience
A minimum of fifteen (15) years’ of federal acquisition and procurement experience
At least ten (10) years’ of DLA-specific budget and finance experience
Security Clearance Requirement
Secret Clearance
Must also possess an IT-I security clearance or a current National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI)
Licenses/Certifications
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent
Other Required Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in basic analytical software such as Microsoft Excel and Access, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, to include Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project Management.
- Proven success in managing high-visibility federal programs.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Advanced organizational and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
