Job Description
National Star Services, a facility management company with over 27 years of experience, offers a diverse range of nationwide services. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant in Union City, CA 94587 to support and manage daily administrative tasks and ensure efficient office functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling communication: Answering and directing phone calls, managing email and maintaining communication with customers and delivery team.
- Scheduling and organizing: Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handling mail and deliveries: Managing incoming mail, packages, and office supply inventory.
- Maintaining files and records: Organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Preparing documents and reports: Drafting various documents, memos, letters, faxes, and reports, and assisting with creating presentations.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
From 8:00 AM - 4:30PM
Starting pay rate: $21.00 per hour | Bi-weekly pay
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be Bilingual (Speak English and Spanish)
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
- Knowledgeable of customer service and general office procedures.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test;
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
