Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Account Receivable Manager is responsible for all accounts receivable, collections, court filings, escrow analysis and mortgage loan forbearances for the housing rental program, mortgage program and consumer loan program. Also responsible for inventory control, housing software updates. Responsible for all payroll deduction and percap payments from all Tribal entities. Reports monthly to the credit bureau on all mortgage and consumer loans.

EDUCATION - EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING FOR POSITION
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in accounting, finance, business, or a closely related field, (5) years of related experience.
- Five (5) years of related experience may substitute for degree requirement.
SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED FOR POSITION
Skills:
- Using various automated financial management systems, personal and mainframe computers, Using reconciliation procedures.
- Oral and written communication.
- Organization and time management.
- Problem solving and analysis.
- Creating computer spreadsheets and word processing documents.
- Analyzing and interpreting financial reports.
- Dealing with difficult people and situations.
Knowledge:
- Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP): Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) Accounting systems and financial transactions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk: use hands to operate, finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls: reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quite.
