Job Title: Media Buyer (Meta Ads Specialist)
Work Shift: PST (GMT-8) / Flexible – async OK with some overlap for cadence meetings

Job Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Media Buyer (Meta Ads Specialist) to take ownership of our paid Meta advertising efforts — from campaign execution to ROAS optimization. This role requires someone who thrives in performance-driven environments and can bring consistency, strategy, and precision to our ad account operations. You’ll play a key part in scaling both creative output and campaign performance in collaboration with our creative and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Meta Campaign Execution
- Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Own the day-to-day management of Meta ad accounts, ensuring smooth execution and pacing
- Test and iterate creative variations, targeting strategies, and placements for continuous performance improvement
Optimization & ROAS Management
- Analyze and optimize campaigns for return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), acquisition marketing efficiency ratio (aMER) and other key KPIs
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to align performance insights with ad development
- Partner with leadership to scale what's working and phase out underperforming strategies
Creative & Workflow Alignment
- Support the production and deployment of 60–80 ad creatives per month (scaling from 21–40), including enriched DPAs from platforms like Marpipe
- Work with the design team to brief, review, and test new creative assets regularly
- Maintain and optimize naming conventions, version control, and organized campaign structures
Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Motion Analytics, GA4, Shopify, Google Sheets, and Heap
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations
- Ensure accurate attribution and event tracking through native integrations
- 2+ years of experience running and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, testing strategies, and campaign structures
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for ROAS and scale
- Comfortable working in high-volume creative environments (60–80 assets/month)
- Experience collaborating with creative teams and media strategists
- Familiarity with performance tracking tools:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Motion Analytics
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Shopify
- Heap (or similar analytics platforms)
- Proficient in Slack, Notion, and Google Sheets for team communication and reporting
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in campaign management
