As we continue to scale, we are seeking to expand our team with a Senior Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Manager.

Position Overview

As a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations at Moomoo Financial Canada Inc. (MFC). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and brings a proactive mindset to managing risk, optimizing financial performance, and partnering with the business on growth initiatives.

You will be a key contributor to our local leadership team, providing actionable insights, managing relationships with external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all core accounting and finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, management reports, and regulatory submissions
  • develop annual budgets, forecast financial performance, and monitor execution
  • Serve as the main liaison with auditors, tax agents, regulators, and banks
  • Manage treasury functions, including cash flow planning and bank relationships
  • Provide finance and tax guidance for new product launches and strategic business initiatives

·       Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

·       Oversee financial risk management and ensure regulatory compliance

·       Support pricing strategy and accounting treatment for new products

·       Build and lead a high-performing finance team through hiring, training, and development

  • 5+ years of progressive financial experience, preferably in a brokerage or financial services environment
  • CPA designation or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and regulatory reporting standards
  • Proven experience managing audits, tax filings, and relationships with financial institutions
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, strategic mindset
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and ownership
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Skilled in financial analysis and data interpretation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial management tools
  • Experience working in high-growth or startup environments is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
