FACIAL PLASTICS COORDINATOR

The Facial Plastic (FP) Coordinator is responsible for supporting Midwest Facial Plastic Surgery and FACE cosmetic skincare initiatives including product inventory management, procurement of aesthetic goods, day-to-day support of patient facing departments, conducting analytics to inform the FP KPI & larger strategic goals, administrative support to Director of FP, support events within FP, support FP strategic initiatives: may include training patient facing departments- i.e., Front Desk and Surgery Scheduling. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate on monthly promotions.


This position collaborates closely with the Director Facial Plastics and Marketing to ensure output aligns with the broader Facial Plastic and Marketing visions and strategy.


Responsibilities

1. Lead inventory management and procurement for aesthetic goods for Midwest Facial Plastics.

2. Support strategies set by Facial Plastic (FP) Director.

3. Report analysis to determine profitability of current products and services.

4. Maintain positive business relationships and alliances with vendors that complement our business model.

5. Support key marketing initiatives.

6. Provide administrative support to the Facial Plastics Director.

7. Provide day-to-day support to patient facing departments.

8. Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

 · High School diploma or GED required.

· 4 years of professional experience in healthcare or beauty industry 

or

· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Business, or equivalent and 1 year of professional experience.

· Customer service and/or sales experience in the healthcare or cosmetic/beauty industry preferred.
