Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting and impactful role that combines strategic planning, operational effectiveness, and leadership? Do you want to be part of a Global Enterprise Sales (GES) organization that drives Microsoft's growth and transformation? As the Chief of Staff – Global Enterprise Sales, you will act as a strategic partner to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of GES, driving business performance, aligning vision and priorities, leading cross-functional projects and programs, overseeing budget and resources, and fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and inclusion. You will embody experience in sales strategy, project management, and operational leadership, as well as communication and interpersonal skills. In this role, you will join a dynamic and diverse team that is at the forefront of Microsoft's enterprise sales success.
