Position Summary:

We’re seeking a proactive and organized Sales Operations Coordinator to act as the quarterback for our inbound sales process. You’ll be the central point of contact for new leads, coordinating closely with operations, marketing, and leadership to develop quotes, create financial models, and ensure our CRM is fully updated and accurate.

This is a remote position with flexible hours, Monday–Friday. We offer high autonomy, collaborative leadership, and a chance to grow into a larger role in marketing, business development, or strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate new customer inquiries and leads from intake through quoting and onboarding
• Develop detailed pro forma financial models to assess deal profitability
• Work closely with operations and marketing to gather inputs and finalize customer quotes
• Follow up with prospects as needed to move deals forward
• Maintain and update the company’s CRM with all current and potential deal information
• Support broader marketing and research initiatives as time allows

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience with or willingness to learn Monday.com [it’s so easy…]
• Background in business, finance, accounting, or logistics
• Personable, communicative, and highly organized
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and flexible structure
• Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or industrial services is a plus but not required.
