Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our Client's product design remote team.

This person will research, design, innovate, and prototype user experiences. They will collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers, leading projects from start to finish. They will ensure that aesthetics and functionality are perfectly balanced in all their designs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and conduct UX research to understand requirements, evaluate concepts, and assess usability.

  • Create detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.

  • Collaborate with UX designers, visual designers, product managers, software engineers, and other team members to define design deliverables.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and find creative solutions for the product.

  • Run workshops to gather insights and feedback.

  • Clearly communicate design choices and directions to various stakeholders.

  • Advocate for the user’s needs within the organization.

  • Take a user-centered design approach in all projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or master’s degree in the study of design including one of the following; Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Service Design, Information Architecture, HCI

  • 3 or more years of UX design experience, portfolio that shows equivalent project experience

  • Strong skillset in Figma

  • Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (no need to code)

  • Can showcase both complex and simple design projects where this is applied

  • Strong and diverse portfolio to prove you know what you’re doing both in terms of UX & UI design

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to consistently check the quality of work and deliverables

  • Very good written and spoken English

  • A demonstrable ability to grasp complex business topics and simplify

  • Visual and analytical skills – understand design from many perspectives

  • Familiar with CMS, DXP and web application software

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

  • Creative approach to problem resolution

  • Ease of working in an international environment

  • Proactive, self-disciplined and highly motivated with well-organized work style
