What We Offer:

Annual Salary | $50,000 - $60,000

Annual Commission Potential | $12,000 - $18,000

The Opportunity 

We're looking for a dedicated professional to make an immediate impact on our Property Management division. The main objective of this position is to handle and filter all incoming communication from tenants, screen applicants and assist them in onboarding to our tenant portal. We are looking for a quick learner who is proactive, can take direction well, and shows initiative. You will have the privilege of communicating with landlords, when needed, regarding the status of their properties. For the right candidate, growth opportunities are endless!

What You'll Do
  • Review all prospective tenants: applications, background checks, credit checks, verify employment, and tenant screening 
  • Assist with tenant move-in by creating and sending lease packages to collect deposits and rent as well as disbursing keys 
  • Provide superior service to tenants and landlords
  • Monitor incoming tenant maintenance requests to ensure quick turnaround time 
  • Handle tenant work orders to include dispatching vendors, tenant follow-up, and closing the work order 
  • Handle phone calls and communication with tenants 
  • Run weekly reports and provide to management 
  • Must be available for on-call emergency rotation


What Qualifies You
  • California real estate license or ability to obtain it within the first 120 days of employment
  • Experience working on a team with daily communication
  • Customer service experience


What Sets You Apart
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Property management experience
  • AppFolio experience
  • Experience with CRM software, SuiteCRM is a plus
  • Quick learner with a passion for real estate
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently
  • Take direction well but exercise good, independent judgment when necessary
