UKG (Kronos) Solution Architect
Job Description
We are hiring for a position with a leading global consulting and services firm that delivers high-impact digital transformation programs across sectors including government, health, banking, and energy. As part of their expanding workforce management practice, they are seeking an experienced UKG (formerly Kronos) Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Time & Attendance solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement UKG (Kronos) solutions, leveraging features to drive business success in timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and workforce analysis.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, creating tailored solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards.
- Provide expert guidance on UKG software capabilities, including system configuration, data integration, and user training.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower clients with the knowledge to effectively utilize their new systems.
- Assess current HR and workforce processes to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with UKG updates and industry trends, sharing insights and best practices with the team and clients.
- Deliver post-implementation support, addressing client queries and ensuring user satisfaction.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing and designing UKG (Kronos) solutions, with a focus on time and attendance management.
- Solid understanding of workforce management principles and related HR processes.
- Proven experience in system configuration, data migration, and integrations with other HR or payroll systems.
- Strong project management skills with a successful track record in leading implementation projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- UKG (Kronos) certification is a plus and highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies would be advantageous.
