  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of tactical edge capability needs aligned with Army Futures Command, PEO Missiles & Space, DEVCOM, and SOCOM AT&L.

  • Guide internal teams through the user feedback loop (warfighter touchpoints, JCTDs, live-fire demos, etc.).

  • Lead CONOPS development and technical tailoring of VIPER’s platform to specific use cases (e.g., indirect fire replacement, precision strike, denied environments).

  • Represent Mach at key industry days, defense innovation forums, and live test campaigns.

  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and program management to shape offerings aligned with user readiness and mission urgency.

  • Support coalition and allied partner opportunities through FMS/DCS pathways and strategic industry teaming.

  • Monitor legislative and budgetary developments that influence funding for tactical munitions and precision engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in BD or defense innovation roles.

  • Familiarity with loitering munitions, AI-enabled targeting, and UAS kill-chain integration.
