🧑‍💼 RECRUITER — IMMEDIATE HIRE | SACRAMENTO (NORTHGATE OFFICE)

Pay: $21/hour

Schedule: Full-time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | In-Office Only

We’re building a high-performance team and hiring immediately for a full-time Recruiter to join our Sacramento (Northgate) office.

This is NOT your typical 9-to-5. We need someone proactive, fast-moving, and driven — someone who wants to be the next Prince (our legendary in-house recruiting machine).

🧠 WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Run and optimize hiring ads on Indeed and other platforms

Call applicants, schedule interviews, and move with urgency

Coordinate daily with recruiting manager and other departments to hit hiring goals

Improve hiring systems and workflows — always be leveling up

👀 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

High-energy, proactive, and organized — no lazy energy allowed

Customer service or sales experience is a huge plus

Coachable, hungry to grow, and ready to take ownership

Professionalism, people skills, and strong instincts are non-negotiable
