Position: Head of Revenue
Lumion is seeking an ambitious, data-driven executive to lead our entire revenue engine—encompassing Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success. As our Head of Revenue, you'll be responsible for planning and executing the strategies that drive sustainable growth, sitting on the executive team and reporting directly to the CEO.

Align demand generation, outbound sales, and post-sale engagement under one cohesive strategy—supported by strong RevOps discipline, predictive forecasting, and a deep understanding of the education financing landscape.
What Success Looks Like
You will be responsible for achieving revenue goals while operating within defined resource, time, and product constraints. Your leadership will shape Lumion’s market position, drive predictable ARR growth, and influence the future of education financing.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that aligns with Lumion's business objectives. This will include setting revenue targets, defining performance metrics, and establishing action plans to meet or exceed the set goals.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, dedication, hard work, and continuous improvement. Build and manage SOPs, product training for your team, our CRM cleanliness and KPIs. Build and manage coaching programs with your team.
Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue opportunities. Collaborate with the CSM team to ensure a high level of partner satisfaction, retention, and identification and execution of upselling opportunities. You are responsible for net business growth inside our existing book.
New Partner Acquisition: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the trade and technical school industry. Lead the partnership acquisition process, from initial contact to contract negotiation, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Marketing Management: Oversee the marketing team in designing and executing innovative and effective marketing campaigns to promote Lumion's products and services. Drive # of marketing qualified meetings upwards. Monitor marketing performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive advantage.
Financial & Data Analysis: Analyze revenue data, track financial performance, and provide insights for decision-making and future planning. Own all revenue KPIs with support from our data analyst.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other department heads, including product development, servicing, and operations, to ensure the alignment of revenue-related activities with overall company goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience (5 years) in a senior revenue-focused role, preferably as a Head of Revenue or in a similar executive capacity.
Strong background in revenue generation, business development, and partnership management, with a track record of successful revenue growth.
Experience in the education industry or financial services sector is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with partners and stakeholders.
