Job Description

Purpose: Lingraphica is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that modernize and optimize our internal business systems. This role will be responsible for driving successful implementation and continuous improvement of ERP, CRM, medical billing (RCM), BI/reporting, and system integrations to support business growth and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with stakeholders across departments—Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing—to align technology with business needs. This role will focus on streamlining workflows, improving data consistency and interoperability, and ensuring systems scale with the company’s growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Program Management & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic business system programs across ERP, CRM, RCM, BI/reporting, and data analytics platforms.
  • Define program goals, processes, timelines, and success metrics, and manage execution through detailed project plans and communication strategies.
  • Lead vendor selection, RFP processes, and implementation planning for new systems and integrations.
  • Manage and lead a small team of business analysts, system administrators, and data engineers.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams, system vendors, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment of priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.

System Integration & Process Optimization

  • Oversee integration efforts between core business systems (e.g., CRM to ERP, ERP to RCM, etc.) to eliminate manual processes and improve data consistency.
  • Identify and document gaps, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies and propose scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for the strategic implementation of AI to improve process efficiency and scalability.

Governance, Compliance & Change Management

  • Implement governance standards for data, systems access, and change management across platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA, data privacy, and billing standards for DME and healthcare-related workflows.

Reporting, Analytics & BI

  • Partner with stakeholders to define business intelligence needs and coordinate the delivery of dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure data pipelines and reporting tools meet operational and strategic needs.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technical or systems-focused capacity.
  • Proven experience leading ERP, CRM, and/or medical billing/RCM implementations or modernizations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in operations, finance, billing, customer support, and sales.
  • Experience with system integrations and data architecture, including API-based solutions and middleware.
  • Familiarity with modern SaaS platforms and cloud-based business systems.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

  • Understanding of system integrations (flat file, JSON, Rest APIs, Postman)
  • Experience in a medical device (DME) or healthcare company.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, NetSuite (or similar ERP), clearinghouse-integrated RCM platforms, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience working in an organization transitioning through growth.
