Position Summary
The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Latitude’s HR department through hands-on recruiting in the field, employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance tasks. This dual-role position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills and an interest in both recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Field Recruiting and Recruiting Support (40%)
- Conduct outreach and build relationships with potential candidates (BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative roles) through job fairs, community events, school partnerships, and grassroots recruitment strategies
- Assist with the creation and posting of job ads across platforms
- Conduct initial screening calls and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Represent Latitude Therapy professionally in the community to support brand recognition and talent acquisition
- Assist Recruiter with needs including but not limited to: interview scheduling, job postings, offer letters, screening calls, arrange interview logistics, send confirmation / follow up emails to candidates, etc.
HR Support (60%)
- Support onboarding and pre-employment processes (background checks, credentialing packet collection, conducting New Hire Orientation, etc.)
- Support new hire data entry into payroll and HRIS systems
- Assist in responding to employee questions related to payroll and HR policies
- Assist in supporting benefits administration and auditing enrollments and benefit invoices.
- Assist in tracking PTO, leave requests, and compliance documentation
- Support the HR team in maintaining up-to-date employee records
- Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee events and trainings
- Conduct employee offboarding processes and procedures
- Perform other administrative tasks and HR support duties as assigned

Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to recruiting, HR processes, and/or payroll
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel locally for recruitment and community outreach events and as well as work in our clinic locations.
- Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., Paylocity) and ATS platforms preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA and employment laws
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
