  • Lead cross-functional product orchestration with Clinical, Data Science, Engineering, and Commercial teams

Team Leadership & Scaling

  • Build and mentor a world-class product team of senior product managers across patient acquisition, patient experience, data strategy, and clinical-oriented experiences

  • Deep healthcare technology expertise in digital therapeutics, chronic disease management, or clinical workflow optimization

  • Regulatory navigation, such as HIPAA, FDA digital therapeutics guidance, and clinical evidence requirements

  • Enterprise SaaS expertise with B2B2C product models and multi-stakeholder value delivery

  • Startup agility and is comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and resource optimization in high-growth environments

  • User empathy with a deep understanding of patient, provider, and payer perspectives

  • Know how to use Design Thinking / Blue Sky thinking principles to drive product creation

  • Proven track record of being an exceptional people manager and coach

  • Strong presentation and influencing skills

  • 10+ years in product management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles managing high-performing teams
