The role you will play
You'll be owning and optimizing our marketing automation and CRM efforts to drive meaningful engagement across the entire customer lifecycle. Your work will include building targeted, automated campaigns that convert, to developing scalable workflows, lead scoring models, and personalized journeys that support demand generation, customer retention, and expansion. As a tech-led company with ambitious growth goals, we're looking to you to bring structure, insight, and performance to our CRM activities, ensuring data quality, compliance, and maximum impact. You will be a part of our innovative Global Marketing team, where forward-thinking professionals collaborate to push for marketing excellence and commercial impact. Reporting to the Data and Martech Lead, you will work closely with talented individuals in product marketing, content creation, and digital activation, who are ready to help you. Your team-members will be based in Valencia and Copenhagen, Denmark.

- Designing and executing targeted, automated experiences across email, website forms, and other owned channels using CRM and automation tools.
- Building and maintaining marketing workflows, email/form flows, sequences, and lead scoring models.
- Identifying and engaging new segments to drive audience growth and campaign scalability.
- Contributing to the lifecycle marketing strategy and automation roadmap, and enhancing the customer journey across all lifecycle stages.
- Monitoring and reporting on key KPIs (acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion), campaign effectiveness, and pipeline impact.
- Maintaining CRM data hygiene through list management, deduplication, and property updates.
- Ensuring all activities comply with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Working closely with Paid Marketing, Content, and other marketing teams to execute cohesive, data-driven campaigns.
- Leveraging CRM insights for personalization across other channels (e.g., website personalization, paid media retargeting).

What you’ll need to bring
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo).
- Experience executing email marketing campaigns and CRM projects.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and attention to data hygiene.
- Experience with Excel and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Familiarity with lead funnel metrics, customer journey mapping, and campaign performance KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Understanding of GDPR and consent management within CRM and marketing.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not a requirement.
