  • Build dashboards and reports for senior leadership. Drive improvements through variance analysis and cash forecasting intelligence.

  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks and internal governance standards. Support audits with documentation and transparency.

  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills you should HODL

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Services, or Treasury roles, with a clear path of growth and ownership.

  • 3–5+ years hands-on experience with Python (especially Pandas) and SQL/dbt in production environments.

  • Strong grasp of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), with bonus points for Kyriba and SAP exposure.

  • Working knowledge of automation in financial systems, including data pipelines and risk reporting.

  • Advanced understanding of global fiat and crypto payment networks (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, Bitcoin, Ethereum).

  • Deep understanding of balance sheet mechanics and the impact of transactions on liquidity and capital.

  • Demonstrable passion for crypto and sound money principles, with a security-first mindset.

  • High attention to detail, strong analytical chops, and ability to build models that scale.

  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced, and decentralized environment.

  • Comfortable navigating advanced tools in the Google Suite, especially Sheets.
