Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support the executive board on daily administrative functions related to correspondence, calendaring, travel and expenses, financial and other reporting, presentations and other special projects..
What You’ll Do
Maintain executive calendars and support with emails as needed
Coordinate all meetings, including agendas, refreshments and meals, meeting rooms and invitations
Ensure timely and appropriate responses to incoming mail and email, including monitoring general email boxes, distributing correspondence accordingly, calendaring response deadlines, drafting written responses to all levels of management and key resources and customers
Set up and maintain email lists and access to meeting rooms
Order and maintain supplies and equipment for the department
Prepare and publish reports, presentations and spreadsheets
File and maintain department records and other necessary documentation
Schedule travel
Process expenses, agreements, invoices and payments
Conduct internal and external fact investigation or background review on issues and present results to supervisor either verbally or in writing.

What Skills You Have
Required
Excellent time management and organization skills
Strong attention to detail
Typing capability of 70 WPM and with excellent proofreading ability
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
Adept problem-solving abilities
High School diploma
Preferred
Associate Degree, Technical School Training, Paralegal or comparable training
