We are currently seeing a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support a team of senior leaders in our Houston-based corporate office.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Executive Support: Own and manage complex calendars, travel coordination, and scheduling for multiple executives. You’ll anticipate needs, handle competing priorities, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Preparation & Briefings: Prepare concise meeting materials, agendas, and briefings to ensure executives are fully informed and ready to engage with key stakeholders.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination: Plan and execute high-level meetings, leadership events, and confidential engagements, ensuring every detail is handled with precision.
  • Communications Liaison: Act as a communication conduit between the executive team and internal/external partners, managing sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Follow-Up & Prioritization: Track key action items and follow-ups, proactively driving accountability and ensuring priorities remain in focus.
  • Confidentiality & Organization
    Maintain structured systems for managing confidential information, files, and workflows with the utmost discretion and integrity.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications or related field, preferred
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
  • Experience in a global or complex corporate environment strongly preferred
  • Proven success managing high-volume calendars, global travel, and executive logistics
  • Technologically savvy—highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail and professional judgment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • A discreet, polished professional who can confidently interact with stakeholders at all levels

  • Candidate will be required to successfully complete a background check.
