Who You Are

As a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, RevTech, you will be a strategic leader responsible for optimizing our revenue technology ecosystem across all customer-facing teams. You'll drive the strategic vision and execution of our revenue technology roadmap while leading a high-performing team of administrators and specialists.

In this role, you will architect and execute the technology strategy that enables our revenue teams to achieve their targets efficiently and predictably. You'll work closely with senior leadership across Sales, Self Service, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product to ensure our technology investments align with business objectives and drive measurable ROI. Your leadership will be critical in scaling our revenue operations as we grow, leveraging cutting-edge technologies including AI and automation to create competitive advantages.

You will own P&L responsibility for the revenue technology stack, making strategic decisions on technology investments, vendor relationships, and resource allocation. This is a high-visibility role requiring you to present to executive leadership on technology strategy, performance metrics, and business impact.

What You Will Work On

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue technology strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Own annual technology budget and ROI metrics, making strategic decisions on technology investments
  • Partner with C-suite executives to align technology roadmap with business strategy
  • Lead strategic vendor relationships and negotiate enterprise-level contracts
  • Present quarterly business reviews to senior leadership on technology performance and ROI

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, manage, and scale a revenue technology organization of 8-12 administrators, analysts, and specialists
  • Develop talent pipeline and succession planning for critical technology roles
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence
  • Lead cross-functional project teams involving multiple departments and senior stakeholders

Technology Strategy & AI Innovation

  • Drive AI and machine learning initiatives across the revenue technology stack
  • Lead advanced analytics and predictive modeling to improve forecasting, lead scoring, and customer segmentation
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies including generative AI and automation platforms
  • Establish data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
  • Partner with IT and Security teams on enterprise-grade technology architecture

Revenue Technology Ecosystem Management

  • Oversee enterprise-level revenue technology stack including Salesforce, sales enablement platforms, and AI tools
  • Design and implement complex system integrations across 15+ revenue technology platforms
  • Establish technology performance metrics and SLAs, ensuring 99.5%+ uptime
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives that drive measurable improvements in sales productivity
  • Manage executive-level technology vendor relationships and strategic partnerships

Cross-Functional Partnership & Innovation

  • Serve as primary technology advisor to Revenue Operations leadership and GTM executives
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams on revenue technology initiatives
  • Lead technology aspects of M&A integration and due diligence activities
  • Identify and pilot emerging technologies that provide competitive advantages
  • Drive automation initiatives that eliminate manual processes and reduce operational overhead

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales technology, or related strategic technology roles at B2B SaaS companies
  • 4+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing technical teams (8+ direct and indirect reports)
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-level technology transformations with measurable business impact
  • Experience managing technology budgets of $2M+ annually with demonstrated ROI measurement capabilities
  • Expert-level proficiency with enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce) and advanced sales enablement technologies
  • Experience with advanced analytics platforms (Tableau, Looker) and predictive modeling tools
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for advanced data analysis and automation
  • Strong background in AI/ML implementation within revenue operations environments
  • Deep understanding of API integrations, data architecture, and enterprise system design
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, with strong business and financial acumen
  • Experience presenting to C-suite executives on technology strategy and performance
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS business models, revenue metrics, and growth strategies
  • Experience supporting Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Self-Service revenue motions preferred

The base wage range for this position is targeted at $175,500 - $201,825 in our New York City office.  Final offers may vary from those listed.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.  Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
