Job Description

Join a mission-driven investment fund that’s bold, nimble, and just getting started.

Hi there! I’m Lucy, the founder of Bonnie Brae Expeditions

We’re building a bold, high-impact investment fund from the ground up, and I’m searching for a right-hand operator to shape that journey with me.

As our first key hire, you’ll have a front-row seat to our growth—and play a pivotal role in how we scale.

We value intelligence, initiative, and a passion for learning; if you thrive on variety and challenge, you’ll feel right at home.

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who’s highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. You’ll be central to keeping our schedules on track and ensuring everything runs smoothly, so a keen sense of responsibility and a touch of assertiveness is key!

In this role, you will:

📅 Own the calendar: schedule meetings, protect focus time, keep everything running on time.

🧑‍🎓 Lead & coach interns: recruit, onboard, set goals, and review their work.

📊 Manage our CRM (HubSpot): ensure clean data, track outreach, and monitor performance.

🔍 Dig up insights: research target companies and surface compelling “hooks” for outreach.
✉️ Run strategic email campaigns: craft, send, and optimize high-conversion messages—while keeping us out of spam jail.

🗂️ Keep us organized: maintain spreadsheets, task boards, and weekly check-in agendas

⏰ Working Hours: This is a full-time role, with core working hours of noon-8pm CET.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ 5+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar operator role.

✅ People leadership: proven record guiding interns or junior staff.

✅ CRM mastery (ideally HubSpot).

✅ Email-marketing savvy: comfortable A/B-testing subject lines, tracking replies, and iterating.

✅ Business acumen: can speak the language of founders, investors, and operators alike.

✅ Sales-admin mindset: persuasive writer who enjoys opening doors.

✅ Flawless accuracy & follow-through—your word is reliable, your checklists are tight.

✅ Proactive communicator: asks smart questions, suggests smarter solutions.

How You Work:

🌟 Energized by “lean & scrappy.” You prefer resourcefulness to red tape.

🌟 Assertive yet warm—confident enough to challenge ideas, collaborative enough to build consensus.

🌟 Founder = Partner. Hierarchy doesn’t intimidate you; shared vision inspires you.

🌟 Natural motivator, rallying interns and external contacts around big goals.

What’s in it for you?

💰$1800 - $2,000 per month*

⏱️ Full-time role, fully remote

🏖️ 3 weeks of paid vacation

🤒 5 paid sick days

*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are happy to work remotely as an independent contractor.
