We’re a leading global media network seeking a dynamic Vice President (VP), Growth to play a key role in accelerating our revenue expansion and supporting our global business development strategy. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer or EVP, you’ll partner across agency leadership to shape new business opportunities, strengthen our market position, and help drive long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and Lead Strategic New Business Efforts
- Partner with agency and regional leads to drive global and regional pitches and RFPs.
- Help convert complex client needs into compelling, insight-driven proposals.
- Support the cultivation of senior client and prospect relationships to position IPG Mediabrands as a preferred partner.
- Drive Growth Across Priority Markets and Clients
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across both new and existing accounts.
- Leverage proprietary tools, data, and technology to inform strategies and shape client solutions.
- Collaborate across global and local teams to align efforts and resources.
- Contribute to Global Growth Strategy Development
- Provide input into the development of growth plans that reflect market shifts, client demands, and emerging opportunities.
- Stay ahead of trends including AI, commerce media, privacy-first targeting, and more to support competitive positioning.
- Help Foster a High-Impact Growth Team
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure cross-functional alignment and smooth pitch operations.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of curiosity, creativity, and accountability.
- Deliver Clear Value and Insight
- Develop strategic narratives and materials that clearly articulate IPG Mediabrands’ value.
- Present business updates, opportunity pipelines, and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Who You Are
- Experienced: 8–10+ years of business development, strategy, or media/marketing leadership experience with a proven record of contributing to growth wins.
- Strategic: Adept at turning client challenges and industry signals into actionable growth strategies.
- Collaborative: Skilled at working cross-functionally and building trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Curious and Forward-Looking: Energized by what’s next in media, data, and marketing technology.
- Global Perspective: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
