What’s in it for you?

  • Base Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to support the operations at Tim Wa, a 115-unit manufactured housing community in Kelso, WA. The Office Administrator oversees administrative tasks, coordinates resident relations, manages leasing documentation, and performs clerical and administrative functions to drive company success. 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success
  • Draft correspondence and other formal documents
  • Maintain accurate records, including resident files, invoices, and reports
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist residents and customers
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service, including responsiveness to tenant needs and community engagement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and local authorities
  • Marketing and sales skills to promote vacant lots or homes and maintain high occupancy rates
  • Proficiency in property management software (i.e., Manage America, CRM, Blue Moon, Rent Café, Vendor Café, Client Central)
  • Must have a valid driver's license
