Job Description
Curinos works with the leading UK banks to help them understand and optimize their own business. Our solutions combine superior function and insights to help clients chart a faster path to growth. We help clients through Intelligent Data, Comparative Analytics and Optimization Platform solutions.
The Key Account Client Manager is a strategic sales role responsible for looking after, nurturing and expanding our largest UK Banking relationships. This role is at the centre of Curinos UK’s growth strategy and will require close collaboration with product management teams, sales and marketing to achieve revenue growth. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience managing large banking client relationships at a senior / c suite level, a natural leader who can sell/upsell complex solutions in a consultative sales cycle environment.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with executive strategy owners and key decision makers/influencers
- Expand Curinos UK relationships to C-Suite level
- Understand their business challenges, goals and initiatives and be able to articulate how Curinos solutions provide value to them
- Orchestrate specific account strategies and detail in account plan how to protect and grow the relationship
- Work closely and leverage product sales experts and consultants to execute on strategy and drive revenue growth
- Keep abreast of industry trends and insights and understand how this impact our clients and how we Curinos can help
- Achieving and exceeding challenging sales/growth objectives
- Promote new high value solutions to the UK geography
- Operate within a consultative buying cycle and manage complex client and sales opportunities effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 5+ years of experience within a sales position covering retail banks / financial services
- Strategic Account Planning Experience required
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and banking experience
- Proven track record in exceeding target
- Strong commercial & negotiation skills
