Job Description

Incline Insurance Group is seeking a results-oriented, analytical professional to join our Business Technology team as a Director, Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure. In this high-impact role, you will lead the strategy and execution of Incline’s enterprise infrastructure, supporting the foundational systems that power our property and casualty insurance programs. You will partner closely with stakeholders across technology, finance, operations, and risk delivering secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure solutions that enable business performance and growth.

What You'll Do:

As a Director, Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure, you will lead the design, implementation, and performance of the organization’s enterprise technology infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and aligned with strategic business objectives. You will serve as a key partner to IT and business leaders, owning critical infrastructure deliverables and operational outputs that enable enterprise-wide performance.

·       Infrastructure Leadership: Direct the architecture, implementation, and ongoing support of scalable enterprise infrastructure systems—including networks, cloud environments, and 3rd party platforms.

·       Operational Accountability: Own and oversee the delivery of infrastructure-related services to the business, including recurring data outputs (e.g., monthly reports to Accounting), integrations, and application support. Ensure operational integrity, timeliness, and reliability across all systems.

·       Security Ownership: Lead the development and execution of infrastructure security strategies including system access, identity management, incident response, and risk mitigation. Serve as the primary security steward across infrastructure assets.

·       Technology Governance: Establish and maintain policies and procedures for infrastructure management, performance monitoring, system availability, and capacity planning.

·       Program Execution: Oversee infrastructure-related IT projects from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and seamless integration with other systems.

·       Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with key internal stakeholders—such as Security, Application Development, Data & Analytics, and Finance—to ensure infrastructure solutions meet operational and strategic needs.

·       Systems Monitoring & Reporting: Use performance metrics and analytics to assess infrastructure health and drive continuous improvement.

·       Innovation & Scalability: Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities and support long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a strategic and technically experienced infrastructure leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

·       Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or operations, including 3+ years in a senior or director-level leadership role.

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, PMP, ITIL) preferred.

·       Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of enterprise network architecture, cloud environments (Azure, AWS), cybersecurity protocols, and systems performance monitoring. Experience owning infrastructure deliverables tied to business operations.

·       Security & Risk: Demonstrated experience implementing and managing security frameworks, access controls, and risk mitigation strategies within infrastructure environments.

·       Operational Mindset: Strong track record of delivering complex IT services and projects with operational excellence, transparency, and cross-functional alignment.

·       Communication: Clear communicator with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. Capable of influencing and driving decisions at the executive level.

·       Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor infrastructure and operations teams, while collaborating with external vendors and internal partners.
