Description
Impressions Online Boutique is seeking a part-time team member to support our Creative Department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for styling, fashion, and visual storytelling. You’ll help bring our brand to life through social media campaigns, styled photoshoots, and creative marketing content.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with styling for photoshoots and social media campaigns
   
• Supporting creative content development across digital platforms
   
• Helping with marketing tasks, photography, and website/app graphic needs
   
• Collaborating with the creative team on campaign execution and visual planning

Requirements

Qualifications:

• A passion for women’s fashion—especially the styles we carry at Impressions
   
• Strong interest and ability in styling for both flatlays and on-model shoots
   
• Experience in photography, graphic design, or social media is a plus
   
• Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
   
• Excellent time management and team collaboration skills
   
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
   
• Innate sense of style aligned with the Impressions brand
   

Details:

• Position requires 16–28 hours per week
   
• Must be available to work on-site at our Springdale, AR office during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)
