We’re hiring a full-time Content Director to lead all YouTube and content growth for the personal brand of Richard Yu (8-figure entrepreneur, Christian creator, and founder of Impact Clients).

Your mission? Help scale his channel to 1M+ subscribers — while building a content engine that inspires millions and fuels a portfolio of companies on the path to 9-figures.

This is not a junior content editor job.

 This is a high-level leadership role with the opportunity to grow into Chief Content Officer, to build and lead a team of videographers, editors, copywriters, and researchers — and becoming a profit-share business partner of Richard himself.

Role Overview

 Location: Remote + willingness to travel for shoots (preferred)

 Compensation: $3.5–$8K/month base + performance-based profit share + equity in media portfolio

 Schedule: Full-time, long-term

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Lead the content strategy across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more
  • Own the YouTube growth roadmap — scripting, title research, retention optimization
  • Shoot and edit high-performing, story-driven vlog/documentary content (in-person preferred)
  • Coach Richard during shoots to improve on-camera delivery, retention, and hooks
  • Write titles, hooks, and frameworks backed by data — not gut feeling
  • Right now we have a lean team of less than 3 marketing staff members, it will be your responsibility as a leader to help find, interview, hire, and train (essentially, build from scratch) a team of editors, videographers, and content creators (you won’t edit everything forever). Again, we're looking for you to grow to become the Chief Content Officer and build the team from the ground up.
  • Turn Richard’s life into a scalable media engine that builds his personal brand and drives business results for our coaching program and other businesses (software, future physical products, etc)

You’re a Fit If You...

  • Don’t just edit videos — you think like a marketer and strategist
  • Know how to create viral, high-retention long-form YouTube content
  • Have strong copywriting instincts (especially for YT titles + storytelling structure)
  • Can research, reverse-engineer, and pitch content ideas that are algorithm- and audience-backed
  • Have a proven portfolio of YouTube growth results (your own or for others)
  • Want to build and lead a team — not just be a solo creative forever
  • Align with our mission to build God’s Kingdom through content that inspires a generation

What Success Looks Like

  • YouTube channel grows from ~150K → 1M+ subscribers in the next 12–18 months
  • Every video we drop has an intentional strategy behind it: compelling title, hook, and retention plan
  • Richard shows up, presses record — and everything else (prep, editing, publishing) is systematized under your leadership
  • You’re building an internal media team that supports a multi-brand business empire — and you’re running it like a CEO of content
