In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to identify prospects, actively attract and engage interested prospects, conduct extensive prospect research, and help create value-driven proposals that drive customer acquisition. In this role, you will succeed by using a consultative approach and drafting custom solutions that help to drive our customers’ success. You will collaborate closely with the CRO and the Director team to develop these solutions. Your expertise in web-based solutions and digital marketing will be crucial for developing strategic and effective plans that contribute to our client's KPIs. We specifically target small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) and enterprise tech clients seeking a long-term partnership that delivers substantial value and the desired results. Requirements

  • Identify and target potential clients through ZoomInfo, market research, industry events, and networking. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and engagement.
    • Prospecting CMOs who are new in their roles
    • Mastering ZoomInfo to harness website intents and visits, and proactively reach out to prospective prospects
    • Prospect based on industry/technology news, such as new funding or a new leadership team
  • Identify, cultivate, and nurture relationships with prospects. Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor proposals and solutions effectively. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the CRO to develop and build proposals and presentations. Including but not limited to:
    • Researching, listening, and learning about the client's business to tailor our approach and solutions accordingly.
    • Being adept at problem-solving and finding creative solutions to overcome obstacles and meet client needs.
    • Participating in the proposal process with our team of Directors, strategists, and SMEs to create compelling and customized proposals for potential clients. Identify the WHY to craft a story that will engage prospects and help them understand why they should work with us.
    • Ensure proposals align with client objectives and showcase the agency's capabilities.
  • Support the CRO by attending new business prospect meetings, participating, taking notes, and creating follow-up action items.
  • Support the CRO with administrative tasks to onboard new clients and help address any client needs.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and market changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in agency business development or a related sales role.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and ZoomInfo, analytics platforms, Asana, and Google Suite is advantageous. This includes daily administration and maintenance of HubSpot profiles, roles, and users.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and trends.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to embrace new challenges. The ability to learn from setbacks and persist in the face of obstacles is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on acquiring new clients.
