About the Company
Our client is a fast-scaling digital marketing agency that helps local painting companies across North America dominate their markets through Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising, lead conversion support, and sales coaching. They deliver industry-leading ROAS (11.2x average in 3 months) through a unique, performance-driven ad system combined with deep market insight. You’ll be working directly with the agency’s founder and leadership team in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Job Summary
We’re seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to take full ownership of Meta Ads campaigns for local business clients (primarily painting companies) across North America. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-obsessed environment and knows how to drive real results through structured campaign management. You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling Facebook & Instagram campaigns — while also contributing to the development of internal systems and processes to fuel agency growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for high-ROAS outcomes.
- Collaborate with the founder and internal team on strategy, creative direction, and campaign execution.
- Test new creative angles, offers, hooks, and ad copy to drive results.
- Set up and manage client accounts using GoHighLevel and internal tracking tools.
- Monitor and troubleshoot campaign performance in real time.
- Help build and document structured SOPs to scale campaign delivery across clients.
- Proactively communicate performance insights, ideas, and improvements in a fast-moving agency environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook/Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and optimization techniques (ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPA).
- Creative thinker with an eye for high-performing hooks, offers, and ad visuals.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to data and results.
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and thrive in a dynamic agency setting.
- Strong collaboration and internal communication skills.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience using GoHighLevel CRM.
- Experience building SOPs and structured campaign processes.
- Background in lead generation for local service businesses (home services, painting, HVAC, etc.).
