We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining HCM reports in Workday, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data, and providing analytical insights to support strategic decision-making. This position will collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR leadership, to implement system enhancements, streamline processes, and improve the overall efficiency of our HR operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses a strong technical acumen combined with a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of advanced reports and integrations.
- Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to implement system enhancements that improve HR processes and streamline workflows.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on HRIS capabilities, ensuring the system meets the needs of HR and the broader organization.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and monitor key HR trends.
- Provide end-user support and training on HRIS functionality.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to Workday.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS administration or implementation.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and regulations.
- Advanced proficiency with report writing and dashboards in Workday.
- Demonstrated experience in system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Compliance Salary Range Disclosure
Compensation Range $95,000 - $120,000
