About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Lead,Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic People team. This role will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for positions across the U.S. and LATAM regions. You’ll serve as a strategic hiring partner to department leads, helping build strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience. \n- Own full-cycle recruiting for U.S. and LATAM-based roles across GTM, operations, and support functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Lead outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Implement inclusive hiring practices and ensure compliance with U.S. and LATAM hiring regulations.
- Utilize sourcing tools, platforms, and market insights to identify diverse, high-quality talent.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS (e.g., Lever) and generate weekly hiring reports.
- Analyze hiring metrics to drive improvements in time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
- Support ongoing process improvements and leverage automation to enhance recruiting efficiency.
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and department leads throughout the hiring process.
- Deliver high-touch, personalized candidate engagement and communication.
- Assist in onboarding transitions to ensure a smooth handoff to HR and functional teams.
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup environments
- Proven experience leading US and Latin America based hiring across multiple functions
- Fluent in Spanish and English is required.
- Experience working in a scaled hiring environment with a proven track record of meeting quality hiring goals.
- Strong understanding of hiring practices, employment laws, and candidate expectations in the U.S
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing hiring managers, leaders, and senior stakeholders.
- A bias for action, adaptability, and a growth mindset
