Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider – Orthopedics (NP/PA)
Location: Mesa, Arizona
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday
Clinical Setting: Combination of clinic-based care and ambulatory surgery center (ASC)
Travel Requirements: None
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000 to $180,000 annually
- Incentives: Productivity-based bonus structure (Total Expected Compensation up to $225,000/year)

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing orthopedic care team. Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and formulate individualized care plans
- Deliver both acute and chronic care services, including exams, injections, medication management, and wound care
- Manage patient phone consultations and provide timely clinical guidance
- Support surgical procedures and offer assistance in the operating room
- Participate in inpatient rounds and contribute to shared on-call rotations
- Accurately document clinical encounters and coordinate with the broader care team
- Respond effectively to urgent clinical scenarios and emergency situations
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care
Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited NP or PA program in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico)
- Active Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- First Assist training in accordance with AORN standards (if applicable)
- Orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
