JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Associate

 

REPORTS TO: VP, Customer Experience & Marketing

 

DEPARTMENT: Corporate Affairs

 

HOURS: 40 Hours

 

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

 

EFFECTIVE DATE: June 2025

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of both internal and external marketing initiatives, promotion of the Healthix website and social media accounts. Plays a key role in expanding the Healthix brand and influence within the healthcare and health IT community.

 

The Digital Marketing Associate reports to the VP Customer Experience & Marketing.  The ideal candidate will be proficient in marketing and social media with a genuine interest in advancing his/her knowledge and skills. The role requires strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with some graphic design capability.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

       Manage aspects of internal and external marketing, digital assets, design, graphics, and coordination of communications.

       Organize and maintain graphic and communication library.

       Support the organization to achieve company goals which includes customer communications, CSAT efforts, brand awareness and customer acquisition.

       Development of marketing collateral, internal/ external communications, newsletters, intranet and website content.

       Identifies opportunities to promote the Healthix brand.

       Leverages all Healthix applications, such as Campaign Monitor, Salesforce, Vimeo, Adobe Creative Suite, Hoote Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft365, Google Analytics, Word Press and others to produce reports and maintain communication efforts.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

       Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications with 3 years’ experience in successful digital and communications role.

       Knowledge of the New York healthcare landscape is essential.

       Excellent project management skills.

       Ability to solve problems and proactively generate and initiate acceptable solutions.

       High level of integrity in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.

       Quick study, and strong multi-tasking capability

-  Technology- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, Word Press, Sharepoint
