 We are seeking a creative, versatile, and tech-savvy Digital Content Creator & Video Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and can produce engaging video and multimedia content tailored to platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Content Creation: 

  • Develop and produce engaging digital content for various social media platforms. 
  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts). 
  • Generate original ideas that align with the brand voice and social media trends. 

Video Editing: 

  • Edit raw video footage into polished, platform-optimized content. 
  • Add captions, graphics, sound effects, and background music to enhance viewer engagement. 
  • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality production values. 

Social Media Management: 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and campaign strategies. 
  • Schedule and publish video content across multiple platforms. 
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for better engagement and reach. 

Multimedia Production: 

  • Combine video, audio, motion graphics, and stills to create rich multimedia experiences. 
  • Stay up to date with editing tools, social platform updates, and multimedia trends. 

Digital Strategy Support: 

  • Contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives by producing content that aligns with campaign goals. 
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas. 
  • Proven experience as a content creator, video editor, or similar role. 
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut). 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and short-form video trends. 
  • Graphic design and audio editing skills are important. 
  • Excellent storytelling, visual, and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Portfolio or examples of past work required. 

Preferred: 

  • Experience managing social media accounts or supporting marketing campaigns. 
  • Knowledge of performance analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio). 

Hardware Requirements 

  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps 
  • Backup laptop, internet source, and UPS or backup power solution 
  • Primary device recommendation: Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higher
