We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who does more than schedule—someone ready to roll up their sleeves and support high-volume hiring with screening, systems, and scalable processes. You’ll be the operational backbone of our recruiting function, helping to ensure every candidate gets evaluated fairly and efficiently.

🔍 What You’ll Do
Conduct initial video or phone screenings for select roles
Review applications and move candidates through appropriate pipeline stages
Monitor pipeline health and assist with reporting and workflow tracking
Update and maintain accurate records in our ATS (Recruiterflow or similar)
Collaborate with recruiters and team leads to optimize hiring processes
Draft and post job listings, then manage applicant flow
Propose improvements to templates, stage structures, and outreach strategies
✅ What You Bring
1–2 years of experience in a high-volume recruiting or HR operations role
Comfort conducting entry-level candidate screens with a friendly, professional tone
Process-minded with a strong attention to detail
Experience using collaborative tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS platforms
Available to work full-time remotely on PST or EST hours
