Greptile is an AI code reviewer with complete context of your codebase. Each month, Greptile reviews 200M lines of code for 1,600 software teams.
Our revenue is growing 30% MoM. All of it is product-led and word-of-mouth. We've done almost no marketing. Hundreds of teams sign up for Greptile every week — and we’re looking for our first growth hire to help us turn this raw demand into a predictable engine.
This is a full-stack growth role — you’ll own everything from SEO and paid acquisition to dashboard-ing, funnel analysis, and running experiments to improve activation and conversion. You should be someone who gets energy from knowing the numbers, building the system, and chasing compounding wins.
The ideal person is technical — someone who could’ve gone into software, consulting, or product but is obsessed with building and growing. Maybe you’ve built and grown your own project. Maybe you’ve helped scale developer tools at another startup. Either way, you want to win.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards and data pipelines across all relevant sources (product analytics, website, ads, CRM, etc.)
Design and run experiments to improve trial conversion and customer activation
Own SEO, Google SEM, and ChatGPT prompt optimization — and explore new paid/organic channels
Help build a clear understanding of how people discover Greptile and what makes them convert
Test and scale retargeting and other outbound/paid tactics as needed
Work closely with product and sales to make sure growth efforts are aligned with the customer journey
Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in growth, product, engineering, or technical marketing
Some coding or scripting experience — enough to be self-sufficient with tools and data
Analytical mindset with experience using product analytics and marketing attribution tools
High-agency, experiment-driven thinker who moves fast
Excellent communicator, especially when distilling results and learnings
Preferred
Experience working on developer tools or technical products
Experience running paid campaigns (especially Google SEM)
Experience building or growing your own product or startup
Background in consumer or PLG companies
