Job Description:

Grand Villa of Delray Beach East is seeking an experienced Assistant Executive Director to join our team at our Senior Living Facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Director in the overall management and operation of the facility, ensuring a high standard of care and service for our residents.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Executive Director in daily operations and management of the facility

- Oversee staff performance and provide guidance and support to team members

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

- Develop and implement programs and activities that enhance the quality of life for residents

- Foster a positive and engaging environment for residents, families, and staff

- Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring fiscal responsibility

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents

- Address resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner


Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a senior living or healthcare setting

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in senior care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
