Physician Assistant – Pain Procedures & Patient Management

Location: Elmont, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Annual Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 + full benefits

We are currently seeking a Physician Assistant to support an outpatient center specializing in interventional pain and musculoskeletal care. This position offers hands-on experience, consistent workflow, and professional growth in a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations for pain and MSK-related complaints
• Deliver office-based procedures (joint injections, trigger points, etc.)
• Collaborate with therapists and physicians to optimize treatment
• Maintain efficient daily scheduling and documentation
• Use EMR system for all clinical records and updates

• Active NYS Physician Assistant license
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• DEA license
• At least 1 year of experience in a pain, orthopedic, or rehabilitation setting
