Virtual Call Center Agent
Job Description
We are seeking a Virtual Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a virtual call center environment. The Virtual Call Center Agent will provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers with their inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from customers
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
Provide exceptional customer service
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Update customer information in the database
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a call center environment preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Strong problem-solving skills
