Virtual Assistant with Psychology Background (Outreach & Business Support)

We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Virtual Assistant with a background in Psychology to support two dynamic organizations: Pathways, a mentoring and VR/gaming-based educational platform, and a growing Fashion Business. This role combines strategic outreach, business development, and psychology-based HR support, requiring someone with initiative, creativity, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Outreach & Sponsorship Coordination

• Identify and reach out to businesses, investors, and organizations for sponsorship opportunities for:
• Pathways' VR games and mentoring programs
• Fashion shows and brand events
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential sponsors and partners
• Maintain a database of outreach activities and relationship status
• Assist in crafting compelling sponsorship proposals and pitch decks

2. Business Psychology & Organizational Support

• Assist with business psychology services for clients and internal use, including:
• Retraining and employee development programs
• Support with hiring and termination processes
• Redesign and facilitation of EAP (Employee Assistance Programs)
• Workshop and training program development
• Provide support on team management, morale improvement, and conflict resolution strategies

Qualifications:

• Background in Psychology (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred)
• Experience in administrative support, outreach, or business development
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Professional, empathetic, and well-organized
• Experience working with small businesses, nonprofits, or startups (preferred)
• Comfortable handling sensitive HR matters with confidentiality
• Proficient with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not Required):

• Experience in fashion or event planning
• Familiarity with VR/gaming concepts in education or therapy
• Grant writing or fundraising experience
• Marketing or content creation skills
