· Oversee and coordinate all phases of civil design and development—including site layout, grading, drainage, utility design, and roadways.
· Manage project progress with city, county, and state officials, utility providers, and other agencies to meet compliance and permit requirements.
· Provide creative problem-solving to address technical constraints, design conflicts, and coordination complexities.
· Prepare and review detailed plans, specifications, permit documents, and supporting calculations for commercial, multifamily, residential, and public works projects.
· Mentor and train team members, providing direction and oversight on engineering standards and best practices.
· Participate in marketing efforts and client development, helping expand Galloway’s presence and reputation in the industry.
Education:

Licensing:
· Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Candidates who are PE-eligible and able to obtain licensure within six months will also be considered.
Experience:
· Typically requires 5 to 8 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in land development or public infrastructure design.
The estimated starting base salary for this role is $110,000-120,000.
We’ve cultivated a culture rooted in collaboration, growth, and innovation. Here’s what you can expect:
· 100% employer-paid benefits, setting a high standard in the industry
· Opportunities for biannual performance bonuses and profit sharing
· A workplace culture that emphasizes internal promotion, mentorship, and career advancement
