Job Description
Responsabilities
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Office 365, Google Workspace or Amazon AWS products.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows Server and other servers.
- Medium/high management of programming languages required for the installed services.
- Analysis and Comparison of different IT services to select the optimal ones for customers.
- Optimization and scalability of purchased hardware and software.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Email and DNS services, among others.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Antivirus, Firewall and VPN software such as Cisco Meraki, Sophos, SentinelOne, Todyl, among others.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of remote connection software such as ConnectWise, Datto, among others.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of backup and virtualization platforms such as Datto, MSP360, NinjaOne, among others.
- Generation of troubleshooting documentation and software management on platforms such as ITGlue. Good Customer Service.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of ticketing systems such as Autotask, Syncro, ConnectWise.
- Access to the highest technical resources available for troubleshooting or creating new features.
- Administration of Office365, Google Workspace or AWS.
- Troubleshooting of Windows, Linux, macOS, Windows Server, among others.
- Remote software installation and management.
- Experience in local network administration and IP addressing.
- Excellent skills in Customer Service, Ticket activity management and creating documentation for companies.
- Administration of Email filters, DNS and IT security tools.
- Backup, Firewall and Virtualization software administration.
- Advanced administration in servers and cloud services.
- Handling of programming languages to automate tasks.
- Installation and maintenance of servers and cloud services.
- Experience with different network administration software.
- Constant evaluation of how to optimize and improve the applications offered to customers.
- Experience and certifications in each of the services offered to customers.
Schedule: 10 hours/week (GMT -7-00) Mountain Time (US & Canada) 9 am - 11 am Monday to Friday
