We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. Can you refine a playbook, improve a sales process, and help drive revenue for our company? The Role

This is a pivotal role where you'll play an instrumental part in expanding our client base and propelling FlowFuse to the next level. You'll work closely with our existing sales ace, learning from their experience while bringing your own unique skills and fresh perspective to refine our sales process.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Actively develop a robust pipeline of potential clients, expertly qualifying leads, and confidently closing deals to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work synergistically with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and generate high-quality leads. Partner with other teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Refine the Playbook: Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and proactively develop new sales strategies to continuously improve overall performance.
  • Become an Industry Expert: Stay updated with the latest industrial IoT trends, competitor insights, and market developments to enhance your sales approach.
  • Represent FlowFuse: Attend relevant industry events and conferences to build our brand, network with potential clients, and forge new partnerships.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in the industrial IoT or manufacturing sector. A demonstrable history of exceeding quotas is essential.
  • Communication Ace: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills tailored to a technical audience.
  • Strategic & Self-Motivated: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to independently prioritize, manage a pipeline, and drive projects to completion.
  • Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative setting, always willing to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus), sales automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Bilingual fluency: You’re comfortable in both speech and writing in English and another common European language. Preferably German, or French.
